Spring 2012 Triathlon Training Clinic in Southern Germany 
Get your open water swim practice before the first triathlon of the season!! SplashnDash will be holding a 10-day Triathlon Training Camp in Southern Germany in mid-June 2012. After their training at a Triathlon Europe Training Camp in the French Alps this year and, after such a poor Newfoundland summer, our coaching staff are ready to offer you a spring training experience that you'll never forget!! Sun & warmth while biking along the Rhine River and up the mountain slopes in the Black Forest, swimming in pristine-clear baggersees, and running at midnight in a torch-lit 7.77 km race! These workouts will be take place in historic sites such as Heidelburg, Stuttgart, Baden & Strassburg (France). Registration is now open, but register soon as there is a limited number of spots available.

Where to start? Selecting and starting with an appropriate training plan will be an important decision that will allow you to either attain your goal or end in injury or burnout. Train for a triathlon in St. John's, Newfoundland with SplashnDash. We can provide you with an individualized training plan to help you prepare for your goal event, be it your first triathlon or an attempt at a personal best. Individual Swim Video Analysis
An integral part of the individualized training plan is a swim asessment including a comprehensive video assessment such as the sample below. Note in the video that we take an in-depth look at breathing, body position, kicking, rotation, crossover, hand entry & catch. We offer two types of assessments. For details, see our SWIM PAGE.
Group Clinics
If a group setting is more your thing, why not try a clinic in our triathlon training group. The Tri training group is St. John's-based with a focus on training for all levels of triathlon and making triathlon a part of your cross-training and healthy lifestyle. The coaching staff, with Christiane as head coach, consists of three NCCP-certified Triathlon coaches and a variety of guest instructors.

We offer a variety of programs that will help prepare you for your triathlon, but more importantly, give you the opportunity to train with a like-minded athletes and keep you in competitive shape all year long including bike clinics & sessions. Our current group is a good representation of all levels: from those training for their very first triathlon, to those who want to improve their tri skills, to those whom we will see on the podium.
